For the most part, fruit desserts are healthy and easy to prepare, and they provide many valuable nutrients. Below you will find recipes for quick and easy to make sweet snacks

Forest fruit jelly

Homemade kisiel is a great idea for a fruit dessert and a good alternative to the store bought and less healthy equivalent. The recipe is very simple to make. You need about 400 g of fresh berries, which you need to pour 100 ml of water and then boil. To sweeten the fruit use sugar, honey or other sweetener. Boil the whole thing for about 5 minutes

Then, mix 1 heaped spoon of potato flour with 100 ml of water. Pour the resulting suspension into the boiling fruit and mix. Kisiel can be eaten hot or cold.

Homemade fruit ice-cream

On hot days it’s good to cool down with a fruit ice cream dessert. Strawberry ice cream is another recipe that you can easily prepare in your kitchen. You need about 750 g of strawberries, which you can replace with other fruits, 500 g of natural yogurt, a few teaspoons of powdered sugar and the juice of half a lemon

Blend all the ingredients together thoroughly, then put the resulting mixture into ice cream moulds and put them in the freezer. Optionally, if you want to add more freshness to the taste of ice cream, add some mint leaves to the ingredients before blending.

Chia pudding with fruit

Fruit pudding with chia seeds is another recipe that shouldn’t give you any trouble. pour 250 ml of slightly warmed cow’s milk or vegetable milk over 3 tablespoons of chia seeds. Then add sugar for taste, mix well and put in the fridge, preferably overnight. In a separate bowl, blend your favorite fruit. When the pudding thickens, put it alternately with the fruit mousse into goblets or glasses, creating several layers. Decorate with fresh fruit and mint.

Fruit under oat crumble

Time for a baked dessert that you can prepare in no time. Use about 800 g of your favourite fruit. For example – cut 200 g of peaches into eights, 200 g of strawberries into halves and prepare 200 g each of blueberries and raspberries

Transfer all the fruits to an ovenproof dish, sprinkle them with sugar and prepare the crumble. In a food processor mix 2 cups of oatmeal with maple syrup, lemon juice and 5 tablespoons of butter. Spread the crumble over the fruit and place in oven preheated to 200 degrees for about 25 minutes

Brownie with raspberries

Or maybe you are a fan of chocolate? Then this dessert is for you! In a saucepan melt 200 g butter with 200 g dark chocolate and a pinch of salt. mix 3 eggs with half a cup of sugar, then pour the melted butter and chocolate into the mixture and mix

Add 3 tablespoons of cocoa, half a teaspoon of baking soda and 140 g wheat flour. Whole mix on the lowest speed of the mixer. Pour the mixture into a tin or a casserole dish. On the top put raspberries and crumbled chocolate. Put in the oven preheated to 160 degrees for about 35 minutes.
