Dessert is associated with empty calories rather than healthy eating. Meanwhile, we can indulge in things that are healthy and tasty. Here are some recipes that will enrich a fit diet.

Nutella in a vegan version

The popular and well-loved cream is the object of sighs of many people who happen to be on a diet. However, there is a healthier substitute. How to make it? A good idea is to make vegan homemade nutella from chickpeas, peanut butter, cocoa and almonds. Instead of sugar and empty calories, you’ll find valuable protein and healthy fats

Sugar-free oatmeal cookies

Oatmeal cookies are a great idea for a healthy snack that you can take anywhere with you – to work, college or on a trip. To prepare them, instead of sugar, use erythrol. This substance is not metabolized and does not provide additional calories. To make the topping, you can use dark chocolate 70%

Homemade fruit yogurt

In this case, the power is in the simplicity. You can add a bit of honey, dried fruit and oatmeal to natural yogurt and then blend everything. This will give you a sweet yet healthy snack

Dried fruits and nut mixes

Instead of snacking on ice cream, chocolate or unhealthy cookies, prepare yourself a mixture of dried fruits and nuts. Why choose such a dessert? This valuable snack not only provides an interesting taste, but also has a good influence on the regulation of intestinal work thanks to the high fibre content. In addition, it provides essential vitamins and minerals. So it is worth choosing dried plums or apricots instead of candies.

Chocolate cupcakes without sugar

If you have a huge craving for chocolate, then prepare healthy chocolate muffins. You can prepare muffins with spelt flour, and use xylitol instead of sugar. Optionally, add nuts or peanut butter.

POWERFUL CHOCOLATE MUFFINS (69 kcal a piece!) ??? Whole grain and sugar free ? They taste like regular muffins, not some FIT ones ? And do you know the difference between a normal muffin and mine? My muffin has 69 kcal (without additives), and the regular one can have up to 300 kcal! The muffins came out PERFECT! If you’ve tried a stellar omelet, these muffins will be stellar #2 for you! SERIOUSLY! ? You can make them with or without filling. We liked them best with currant jam, then with vanilla pudding, and the worst with peanut butter ? And without anything they are also great, really! ??? . . INGREDIENTS (12 pieces): 1. 1 egg 2. 2 tablespoons of fat (in my case melted clarified butter) 3. half a cup of erythrol (it has 0 kcal) 4. 1 cup of milk 5. 1 cup of flour (in my case rye) 6. 3 tablespoons of cocoa 7. 1 teaspoon of soda 8. additions: flaked almonds, jam / pudding / peanut butter. . . . PREPARATION: 1. Melt butter with erythrol. 2. When it cools – add: milk, egg and whisk to a smooth paste. 3. In another bowl mix dry ingredients: flour, baking soda, cocoa. 4. Add dry ingredients to wet and mix (using a spoon). 5. Pour the whole mixture into silicone molds or half the mixture if you want to make cupcakes with filling. Then give 1 tablespoon of filling, 1 teaspoon of filling (eg jam, pudding, peanut butter, chocolate) and again a tablespoon of filling. Additionally you can sprinkle with flaked almonds. 6. Bake for about 25 minutes at 180 degrees (in my case top and bottom). . . . Remember that erythrol, which I used has 0 kcal. So if you give xylitol then the calorie count will increase by about 16 kcal per cupcake. As for the flours, I think they will work with any other (but I can’t cut it off), and of course you can replace cow’s milk with plant-based milk. . LOOKING FORWARD TO SEEING PHOTOS! ? KISSES! ❤❤❤ #muffins #fitmuffins #nosugar #wholegrain #fit #healthy #cocoa #chcolate #babies #sugar-free
